IRONMAN 70.3 UK relies on volunteers to ensure an exciting event. If you are not racing IRONMAN 70.3 UK then the next best thing is to volunteer. There are many roles available from registration in the days building up to the event, transition, the swim assembly area, bike course, run course and finish area.

Volunteers are an crucial part of the athlete’s experience and get to see the whole event from behind the scenes.

Sports charity Inspire+ are currently looking to increase their team of sports coaches who support local schools in South West Lincolnshire to achieve their teaching and coaching aspirations.

Sport coaches have the opportunity, on a self-employed part-time basis, to deliver PE during curriculum and support school staff to become more confident and able, but also during afterschool sports clubs in both a Secondary and Primary School setting. There are also opportunities to coach during the school holidays through their popular Inspire+ Olympic Sports Camps.

If you hold a UKCC level 2 sport award or gymnastics/dance equivalent and have the drive, commitment, dedication and enthusiasm to make a difference then they would love to hear from you.

Please send your CV to Vincent Brittain, Inspire+, Belton Lane Primary School, Green Lane, Grantham, NG31 9PP or by email vincent.inspireplus@gmail.com.

Should you wish to discuss this opportunity informally please contact Vincent Brittain on 01476 578137.  To find out more about Inspire+ and the work the charity is involved in supporting schools with please visit their website www.inspireplus.org.uk
