The successful candidate will undertake the role of University Football Activator (Workforce) and be required to implement a Football Development plan for workforce delivering key National Game Strategy targets.

University Women’s Football: Coach Required

University of Lincoln Women’s Football Club are looking for a coach for their 2nd team for next season, starting in September. Ideally they are looking for somebody who already holds a FA level 1 coaching qualification but this is not crucial as there is the opportunity for them to part fund someone who is keen to help them out.

ULWFC are a competitive and successful club and the person who fills the role would be able to work closely with and learn from the 1st team’s UEFA B qualified coach.

Grantham Town Football Club are extremely interested in progressing University Students and their own Students/Footballers within the 16-18 programme at the club. They have announced a number of positions for the 16/17 season, working on a voluntary basis, which would be excellent for extending your knowledge, skills and experience.

The positions are voluntary but successful applicants may be able to benefit from support towards travel costs and the fees for relevant coaching courses etc.

Performance Analyst Opportunities, Lincoln City FC Academy

Lincoln City FC Academy have an opportunity for students to help film their U16s for the rest of the season with a view to continuing next season. This role would be perfect for 1st and 2nd years who are looking to get involved in football performance analysis. The person/s would need to be available for most Sundays between now and the end of April and initially from September if possible (or when they return for the next year).

Students who have worked in similar roles with the Academy before have had very positive experiences, and have gone on to work or Masters programmes in the area of Performance Analysis.

Alongside this,there is also an opportunity for one or two people to work with the U18s next season.

Interested in an FA Small Sided Referees Course in Lincoln?

Lincolnshire Sport are looking to hold an FA Small Sided Referees course in Lincoln, and would like to hear from anyone who might be interested. The course is a full day, includes FA safeguarding modules, and costs £45. The resulting qualification can be used to gain paid work as a small sided referee.
