Would You Like To Help Plan Our National Sports Roadshow?

In February 2016 we will be hosting another National Sports Roadshow, in collaboration with Careers in Sport. Last year’s event was a great success but we are keen to make the 2016 version even bigger and better. As part of that we want to make sure that the programme matches exactly what you – our students, from all of our programmes – would most appreciate. We would therefore like to establish a Student Steering Group to participate in the planning of presentations, activities and invitations to schools and sporting and health organisations.

The Steering Group’s work will mainly be undertaken in October, and it should not be too time consuming. The benefits of membership will be the experience of involvement in the organisation of a national event, the chance to tailor the day to the career interests of you and your fellow students, and the opportunity to network with relevant people and organisations.

It would be great to have representation from all of our programmes. If you would like to get involved, or would like to know more about the Steering Group or the Roadshow, please contact Sandy Willmott.
