Lincoln City FC Sport & Education Trust are seeking a number of sessional coaches to work in some of the different Football Development sessions that we run through the week at their Football Development Centres. These sessions include, Mini Kickers, Goalkeeper training, Football Development Centres and the Advanced Development Centre. It is important that coaches applying for these positions are living in the Lincoln area throughout the Academic year. They currently have sessions that run Tuesday, Thursday & Friday Evenings and Saturday Mornings and will consider candidates who can work one or more of these days.
Ideally they are looking for FA Level 2 qualified Coaches but will consider FA Level 1 Qualified candidates if they have suitable previous experience and demonstrate a good level of coaching knowledge through the recruitment process. Coaches will be paid £10 p/h for the work they do at the Centres, who will provide a curriculum and session structure for all coaches to follow and deliver as part of their Long Term Development Model.
They are also happy to welcome volunteers as Assistant Coaches, who don’t currently meet the recruitment criteria for the above positions but would like to gain experience in a professional coaching environment.
If you would like more information or you would like to apply for one of these positions please send a CV and covering letter to Dave Fox (Football Development Manager): firstname.lastname@example.org
