School Games (July 9th 2017)
The focus of the Lincolnshire School Games is to engage more young people in high quality, meaningful school competition. They provide a year-round competition calendar, culminating in county festivals. Volunteers are vital to the success of the event and roles include event support, young volunteer mentoring, marshalling, school liaison, marketing and running activities.

County Ambassador Programme
CAP is a volunteering and leadership programme for Year 7 to Year 13 students. Part of this involves workshops for Year 9 and 10 students, and volunteers can become involve in shaping and delivering these events (alongside Lincolnshire Sport staff).

Sports Club Volunteering
Lincolnshire Sport collate information on opportunities where clubs are looking for support from volunteers. Roles could include coaching, marketing, officiating and scoring.

IMPACT
This project is designed to get more disabled people volunteering in sport, and local clubs and organisations can receive free training to help create a welcoming environment for disabled sports volunteers. Students are able to get involved with this initiative.

Workplace Challenge
Lincolnshire Sport organise the regional implementation of this national programme. Businesses and organisations compete through activities designed to promote health and active workplaces, and volunteers are needed to help ensure the competitions run smoothly.

Lincolnshire Sport Student Volunteer Alumni
Lincolnshire Sport will assess the capability, attitude and potential of students undertaking volunteer roles and this process can lead to students being invited to participate in the Student Volunteer Network. This exclusive group will have exclusive access to additional opportunities and higher-level roles. Some of these opportunities may include paid work with Lincolnshire Sport or their partners, and will feature the chance to gain interview and application experience.
